Terms and conditions

Ramada Sibiu Hotel guarantees for the security and privacy of data hosted and transmitted through its informational system. Your personal data could be given to the authorities in right, in order to verify the business handling or to proceed with any examination if this is according to the effective law

Guarantee terms booking:
  • Hotel Reservations are retained by the hotel until 03.00 pm on the arrival day, after this, the hotel reserves its right to release the room without any prior notice.
  • In order to guarantee your reservation, please provide credit card details when sending your reservation request.
  • Rates include :
  • - Buffet breakfast which is served daily from 6:30 am - 11:00 am
  • - VAT ( 9%) and local tax (1% )
  • Payment can be made in lei at the NBR exchange rate available on the day of invoicing.
  • Check in: after 02.00pm Check out : until 12.00.pm
  • Early check in ( before 14:00 am) and late check out (after 12:00 pm) will be honored according to hotel availability at the time of request.
  • Reservations guaranteed by credit card or by company / agency will be retained throughout the night .
  • Cancellation of a reservation is free of charge if made one day before arrival, until 12.00 pm.
  • For cancellations made ​​within a period of less than 24 hours or in case of No-show,the hotel will charge the price for the first night of accommodation  on your company/ travel agency/guaranteeing credit card (given as guarantee).  
  • In case of no show for a multiple nights reservation, the hotel reserves the right to release the room for the rest of the stay / reservation.
 
 
If the Hotel does not or cannot honor all reservations accepted and/or confirmed to the Group or its attendees, the Hotel shall provide:
 
  • Alternative accommodations of equal value for said attendees at an equal or better at no charge to the guest for length of stay guest is displaced.
  • One (1) complimentary round-trip ground transportation between the Hotel and the alternate hotel.
  • Two (2) phone calls world-wide and necessary arrangements for forwarding the displaced guest’s telephone messages and mail.

An offer to relocate the displaced guest back to Hotel’s first available room. If a room becomes available and guest elects not to return to the Hotel, the Hotel shall have no further obligations under this Section.

All visitors to the site and our guests understand and agree to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
