In order to guarantee a requested reservation at the Ramada Sibiu Hotel, please send the details of a valid credit / debit card.

During fairs, public holidays or in case of high occupancy, the Ramada Sibiu hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit / debit card provided.

Reservations for which no valid credit / debit card details are provided or for which a deposit has not been made in advance are considered non-guaranteed by the hotel.

Non-guaranteed bookings are held by the hotel until 15:00 on the day of arrival, after which the hotel reserves the right to release the held room without prior notice.

Taxes include: – Breakfast buffet that can be served daily between 06.30 – 10.00 – VAT (9%)

Payments in lei are invoiced at the BNR exchange rate of that day + 1%.

Check out: until 12:00

Arrival before 14:00 a.m. and departure after 12:00 p.m. will be honored by the hotel depending on its availability at that time.
