Ramada Sibiu Hotel guarantees the security and confidentiality of all data hosted and transmitted through its computer system. Your data personal data may, however, be transmitted to authorities entitled to verify commercial transactions or to other authorities entitled to carry out any checks justified by law, if this will be requested in accordance with the laws in force.

Reservation guarantee conditions

  • Non-guaranteed reservations are retained by the hotel until 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, after which the hotel reserves the right to release the retained room without prior notification.
  • In order to guarantee your reservation, please send us the details of a valid credit/debit card.
  • The rates include: - buffet breakfast that can be served daily between 06:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m. and VAT (9%) and local tax (1%)
  • Payment is made in lei at the BNR exchange rate from the date of the invoice.
  • Check in: after 02.00 pm Check out: until 12.00 pm
  • Arrival before 14:00 a.m. and departure after 12:00 p.m. will be honored by the hotel depending on its availability at that time.
  • Reservations guaranteed by credit card or by the company/agency will be held all night.
  • The deadline for canceling a reservation, without charging penalties, is 12:00 p.m. one day before arrival.
  • For cancellations made within less than 24 hours or in case of no-show, the value of the first night's accommodation is charged from the company/agency/credit card offered as a guarantee.
  • In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to release the room/rooms for the rest of the stay.
  • For reservations requested during legal holidays or fairs, the Hotel reserves the right to request, to guarantee the reservation, the details of a valid credit card or a deposit representing the value of the first night's stay.

If the hotel cannot honor all accepted and/or confirmed reservations, it undertakes to ensure:

  • Alternative accommodation at a hotel of the same category or a higher category
  • Free return transport between the Ramada Sibiu hotel and the location where the relocation took place
  • Two (2) international telephone calls and, if necessary, the transmission of telephone messages to the relocated guests.
  • The possibility of the guest to move back to the Hotel once the first room is released. If a room becomes available and the guest chooses not to return to the hotel, the Hotel will not have any obligation provided in this section.

The visitors of this site, as well as our guests, acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
